Policies

APPOINTMENTS:
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so you may receive your full service and other clients will not be inconvenienced. To ensure you get an appointment with whom you want, we recommend you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon.

 

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice for single services. A 48-hour notice is required for any multiple service or spa cancellation. A credit card may be necessary to hold any salon and/or spa service.

 

NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of their missed appointment prior to booking another appointment at Eco Centric Salon & Spa.

 

Failure to reschedule an appointment 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in being charged 50% of the appointment.

 

Services greater than 2 hours or $200 will require a credit card with booking.

 

We know both our guest’s time and our time is equally valuable, therefore honoring our new cancellation & rescheduling policy is in effect.

CELL PHONES:
So that all guests can relax while visiting us, we ask that all cell phones be turned off when entering the salon and spa. If you must make a call, please speak softly and keep the call to a minimum. If the call interrupts your service provider, your service may be discontinued and you will be responsible for the service.

 

CHILDREN:
Please be aware that Eco Centric Salon & Spa now services children accompanied by an adult on both our 1st and 2nd floors. For their own safety and the comfort of other guests, we ask that they accompany you only when they are having services performed.

 

FOR YOUR COMFORT:
We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications that you are taking as some services may be contraindicated. In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, we sterilize and sanitize equipment for all services and treatments.

 

We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointments. For the protection of your clothing, we ask that you wear the robes/smocks that are provided.

 

PRIVACY POLICY:
Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your inquiry. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.

 

GIFT CARD POLICY:
Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Spa packages may not be substituted. Eco Centric Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards are valid for 24 months after issue date.
