Policies
Appointments:
Being on time for your appointment is crucial to ensure that we can provide you with the best possible service. Arriving 10 mins late or more, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service to accommodate other guests and maintain our schedule. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve everyone efficiently.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
Kindly give us 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, this allows us the ability to fill the appointment with another guest. If you inform us less than 24 hours ahead of time, there will be a cancellation fee that costs ½ the price of the service.
No Show Policy:
In consideration of staff and other guests, any “no call or no show” appointments will be charged the total cost of the scheduled service prior to booking any further appointments.
We know both our guest’s time and our time is equally valuable, therefore honoring our new cancellation and rescheduling policy is in effect.
Cell Phones:
So that all guests can relax while visiting us, we ask that all cell phones be turned off when entering the salon and spa. If you must make a call, please speak softly and keep the call to a minimum. If the call interrupts your service provider, your service may be discontinued and you will be responsible for the service.
Children:
Children are welcome in our salon to receive services. NO children under the age of 10 years old are to accompany anyone unless having services in our salon.
For Your Comfort:
We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications that you are taking as some services may be contraindicated. In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, we sterilize and sanitize equipment for all services and treatments.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointments. For the protection of your clothing, we ask that you wear the robes/smocks that are provided.
Privacy Policy:
Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your inquiry. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.
Gift Card Policy:
Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Spa packages may not be substituted. Eco Centric Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards are valid for 24 months after issue date.
Green Circle Salon:
We are a Green Circle Salon. This means we dispose of our waste responsibly by dividing our hair color, plastic, paper and color tubes respectfully in different containers, keeping the environment safe. We value this service and the impact it will have on the world we live in. An environment fee of 4% is applied to all transactions. This fee helps support our mission of being a Green Salon and the technology that keeps us running smoothly so we can offer you the best service in the best space.
